Job Profile / Responsibilities: 

• • Checking of Documentation as well as Charge Documents of the respective disbursement files as per clause mentioned in the Head Office Sanction Advice.
  • Checking of Security Documents including Mortgage Deed, Power of Attorney Deed, Title Deed, Bia Deed, Mutation Khatian, CS Khatian, SA Khatian, RS Khatian, City Jorip Khatian etc. as per Legal Opinion & Sanction Advice.
  • To ensure that all security documentation complies with the terms of approval and is enforceable
  • To ensure that exceptions are appropriately approved prior to disbursement / firm commitment.
  • To ensure that department operations, including the preparation of facility documentation, recording of charges, and reporting of exceptions is done in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements, and that all internal and external audit recommendations are implemented.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience : 

• 3 to 5 year(s)
