Job Profile / Responsibilities:

- Initiate & pursue legal proceedings as required by the company.
- Prepare, file and plead cases in Court.
- Research and prepare legal opinions on various legal matters.
- Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations as requested.
- Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies.
- To handle recruitment process, Orientation/Induction program, exit interview and final settlement etc.
- To prepare and maintain Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management and Compensation Benefit.
- To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
- Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
- He should have good knowledge about the labor law.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Preferred Professional Certification: Bangladesh BAR council certificate.
Experience :

Experience in textile industry is preferable.

Additional Requirements:

- Age 23 to 28 years

- Able to work independently and as well as in a team.
