Fees for the Bar Transfer Test

Fees for the test and the training course must be paid by cheque or bankers' draft made payable to BPP Professional Education and must be included with your application form. Cash is not acceptable.

The following fees are to be paid for the Bar Transfer Course 2013
The application fee for seeking approval for BTT  is £440
(cheque made payable to “The General Council of the Bar“) 
The fee for candidates required to take the whole of the Bar Transfer Test is £2,250 + VAT.
the fees for individual sections are as follows:
Section 1
(a)
£200 + VAT
(b)
£200 + VAT
Section 2
(a)
£150 + VAT
(b)
£150 + VAT
Section 3
£250 + VAT
Section 4
£250 + VAT
Section 5
£300 + VAT
In addition, the fee for the training course for Section (v) is £750 + VAT. This training course is compulsory if you are taking Section (v) of the test for the first time

Please note that traveling, living and other related costs such as Inns membership fee are not included here. And please make sure that the cost and fees are current as it may be varied by the provides time to time.
