In pursuance of the provision of section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908), the following Table of Fees, 2014 has been prepared by the Law and Justice Division of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, is published for general information.
This Table of Fees came into force with effect from the 16th November 2014 and supersede the Table of Fees at present in force with effect from the said date.
The Table of Fees covered and described fees in respect of the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908).
