Apex Court to continue to hold virtual hearings five days a week

Until further notice, Apex court to hold virtual judicial hearings in the weekdays from July 19th. The decision was declared in a circular signed by the Registrar of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.

The Appellate Division, led by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, has, until further notice, agreed to hold virtual judicial hearings in the weekdays from July 19th.
The decision was declared in a circular signed by the Registrar of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court. The circular states that the hearings will be held from 10 am to 1:15 pm from Sunday to Thursday from July 19th until further orders in the virtual court of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, and the regular schedule of the Supreme Court will be maintained.
The Cause List will be published online at the Supreme Court Website (http://supremecourt.gov.bd) and the link for the virtual meeting will be sent from the following email address before the hearing: ad.court01@gmail.com.
From 12th July the Apex Court started to hold hearings virtually but was decided earlier to hold hearings on Mondays and Thursdays of every week.
