An unexpected and shameful incident occurred in a courtroom in Mexico when a judge punched two fellow justices during a court session. This courtroom incident and its follow-ups are said to have shattered the reputation of Mexican legal system.

The press release specifies that although the date has been changed, no new applications will be accepted.

The Bar Transfer test (BTT) is probably the most convenient way for solicitors and qualified lawyers from other jurisdictions to qualify to practice at the Bar of England and Wales. It is mostly because qualified lawyers are gaining access to the Bar of England and Wales by passing this test, whereas in general route one has to pass both Academic and Vocational stage to be called at the Bar.

Fees for the test and the training course must be paid by cheque or bankers' draft made payable to BPP Professional Education and must be included with your application form. Cash is not acceptable.

Detailed below are the syllabuses for each area of the Bar Transfer Test

The Inaugural International Bar Association (IBA) and International Law Students Association Conference (ILSA) will be held on 16-17 August in London, United Kingdom aiming to create a unique international conference for law students.

A person must be enrolled in any recognized Bar Association to appear, act and plead before any Court, Tribunal or revenue authority of Bangladesh.

Deadline for submission of entry form for candidates required to sit any or all of Sections (i) and (ii) of the Bar Transfer Test to be held in April 2013
